I just about freaked out. I “automatically upgraded” WP only to get into a glitch of it failing, and being locked into maintenance\u00c2\u00a0 mode. I went to WP forums and searched for help, ran into “oh no!”\u00c2\u00a0 then went to get ssh shell open, forgot my password, had to look that up, then browsed through the site folders … then clicked in my browser my admin link I have as a shortcut, and voila! my dashboard showed up giving me a failed message … and the opportunity to “re-install” which I chose, and very quickly it did it’s thing in a few seconds, and I was good to go.<\/p>\n
