I was sick in the middle of December, figured out exactly what I wanted to do for a Christmas card during that time, but didn’t complete a full one, only 5 that were half done. The picture on my previous post was my prototype card, I abandoned that design pretty fast. What I came up with afterwards I liked very much, but I couldn’t get the second part of it done.<\/p>\n
I planned on putting a photo on the card’s reverse side (my children) but I wasn’t finding inspiration for it anywhere. A couple of them were sick too, and so that didn’t mix well with my hopeful plan. So I dropped the idea of sending a card entirely. <\/p>\n
That really makes me feel more miserable, it was a terrible decision, so now I’m trying to figure out what to do to get some of them sent out anyway. And … there is no photo of all 4 of my children from anytime recent. No photos on Christmas Eve or Day … I had my video camera in hand on Christmas Day, no group shots, no wide angle lense, so that’s not even a source for a possible photo capture. <\/p>\n
I’ll have to just create something this weekend and get it done. Out the door and into the mail. I hope I can!<\/p>\n
