2015 was a good year. Lots of good new music came about. Pop Evil had a new album, Up; 10 Years had a new album, From Birth to Burial. I love them both, groups and all their albums.<\/p>\n

PlayStation announced PlayStation Music, basically Spotify on PS3 and PS4. So I bit, checked Spotify out, found that I could still sign up with Sprint for a nice long free Premium trial, and convert to a long time lower price.<\/p>\n

On Spotify I\u00a0found the full Starset debut album, Transmissions, in January, was in love with it immediately. It was really cool to see them at Carolina Rebellion in May.<\/p>\n

Later in the year I heard a Red Sun Rising song on Octane. I then found out they were going to be touring with Pop Evil. I found out Pop Evil would be at The Tabernacle in Atlanta [my favorite venue to hear\/see any group.] But not with Red Sun Rising. I found RSR’s album, Polyester Zeal, on Spotify, loved it at first, and even more upon further listens. I saw them and Pop Evil on Yahoo Music, they live streamed their Grand Rapids concert.<\/p>\n

So recently then I found out Starset will be at Tabernacle in 2016. Oh, boy, I sure hope I can see them then!<\/p>\n

Spotify turned around for me, I mean, I left them. Google Play Music made a change for the better, Family Plan. Holy Moly it’s better, so much Spotify music disappeared on me, it’s all there in Google Play Music. Plus Google Play knows my tastes, I have put my own music up and listened to it for quite a few years now. It’s a good fit, I can stream as much as I want of anything, and so can my family, on their own accounts. I also Scrobble<\/a> everything I can, so PS4 or PS3 music really didn’t matter to me afterall.<\/p>\n

The BIGGEST news, though, came when The Cure announced a nice big tour in 2016. Finally, I am going to see The Cure! My internal joy is immense.<\/p>\n
