So, I’ll just input what happened yesterday, we got RAIN and Lightning and Thunder and Wind gusts of pretty big power, but nothing on the weather websites really shows any of that as true … which makes a point about me being a weather enthusiast and very frustrated with my lack of any TOOLS to take measurments when things happen … like a simple little rain gauge, for one. I really do, and have wanted for so long, my own little system, hooked up to my computer, to do all the stuff to recorded what’s going down.

Anyway, it’s raining again. I see the stuff outside and see the stuff online, there is radar showing stormy over us, but will it reflect tomorrow in the tallies for this day? It’s nothing much if it does or doesn’t really, since weather places only use stuff from airports or other spots, and for my zipcode or ‘city’ it puts me miles away to the east or north as to data collected that is relevent to me, which it ain’t, to be polite.

We haven’t had much rain this month, none really, until yesterday. It rained BUCKETS and I have only found one site that says some place North of here got .2 inches … I think we got more than that, yes indeed. Also, a few things blew around in the back yard, it was quite a big deal, really, to see where a dog crate ended up, it was placed so well next to the children’s “jungle” (which is a play stucture by CedarWorks) on it’s side and missing the door. The thing only has a couple of ‘screws’ holding it together, so it’s no big deal that the door came off, but it was interesting to see the door right where the crate was in the afternoon, and see the box part over there wedged into the space by the “box tower” base.

I saw the wind, and heard it wailing, going down the street, whipping the rain sideways all the way down, it looked so “tropical”. Then a bit later I looked out and the opposite was happening, it was pushing UP the street, just as wickedly as it had down the street earlier.

Rain poured down and poured down and so on, for a long while. It got dark before 6pm and never really got light again until morning. tonight it got really dark just before 8pm and it started to rain then. It was so weird last night though, so very “winter like” the darkness, but not weather-wise. Thunder galore and tonight there has been alot too, just not like last night though.

I thank God for the rain, no matter how much we have had or not, I thank Him for the rain. I’ve seen too much, and not enough, so thanks is right to go to Him, the Creature and One True God, for sending us the rain.

I feel like writing, have things to say, but can’t get them out.
