Nothing significant again. I know I need more, just taking the time to get there gradually, letting the natural toxic reactions therefore show more easily when I hit that point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;m making Lemon Pepper Roasted Chicken tonight, and of course there is sea salt  in that mix, and it&#8217;ll give me more, and if I need a bit more, I&#8217;ll take one capsule then.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I had my Iodine, 6 drops, that&#8217;s one more drop than the last few times, this morning.
