I haven’t heard anything from my Microsoft Surface Duo 2 warranty case this last week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It’s pretty nerve wracking for an introvert dealing with this. Maybe in the next week they’ll get more in stock to deal with warranties and maybe I’ll get one MAYBE. How many are sitting there in line before me. My date might pre-date some but mine is a regular warranty so will probably be shuffled down to last or wherever or whatever. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Issues with UPS delivery made my Dec 21 sending take until the 28th to be delivered to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Holiday and muck-ups. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
So even though warranty started 20th Dec, and device sent 21st, they didn’t get it until the end of the year, and advance exchangers got before me no doubt, and anyone else who sent a device in for exchange like I did, but it didn’t suffer the ridiculous movement mine did.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Looking on ebay for a possible way to get one later, holy not for me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
