The morning of The Cure concert day was a bad start. More gut junk. Finally had energy and got ready, went, but air quality was ORANGE, and I was huffing and puffing without knowing why.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I ate bad stuff no-no stuff. Little recourse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I was in stiff miserable pain after getting home at 12:30am ALL OVER misery, itchy, miserable. I curled up in a ball in corner of our IKEA big corner couch. Whatever sleep I got was small. The night before was even less. I was running a sleep deprivation experiment I guess.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The next day I felt some better, and the day after that more. Plus sore muscles from all the trekking around the venue on Tuesday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I’m trying to do the right thing. Get the right food into my life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For days now my guts have been slow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This morning I had to go three times, but not the worst like the beginning of the week. (So far …)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I tried a small workout on TotalGym today. My first ever. I’ve been putting it off for months. Yikes, I’m stupid, I know.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Many other things are adding to undue stress and misery this weekend and through this next week. It’s just too much for me to actually be who I need to be, calm, eating fresh, eating low histamine, taking supplements, chilling, chilling, chilling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Instead, stress, cortisol, inflammation, histamine, all rise and make me so … can I die now?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
