Dear little kitty is on the mend. He’s improving more and more since I wrote the last post. He’s using his front leg, that’s hurt, now also, scampering up and down the steps, just hasn’t “quite gotten to the point” of actually climbing up my dress, as he used to. He sits down there looking up at me, and says “Mewww!” and occassionally he’ll put his paws up and make an attempt at a jump-start, but I won’t make him try. He needs time to mend a bit more, so I pick him up. I’d really rather that be the habit anyhow, as pulls in all my skirts is not exactly a desirous thing.<\/p>\n
This dear little kitty loves to sleep on my lap. Add to that Strider loves to sit on my lap and sit perched in my arms with his front paws on my shoulder. Add to that Samantha always sitting nearby, behind my laptop or next to it, or else usually she’s trying to get into my lap.<\/p>\n
I can say with relief that the other four cats aren’t as “lap happy”. A trifecta vying for my lap is quite enough. For now, dear little squirt wins most of the time. But when he’s not napping on me, he’s napping on my bed, or by the side of the refrigerator, or most usually: on top of the power pack that goes with my laptop electricity cord. \ud83d\ude42 Cute little stripedy brown, black, tawny kitty.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
