I had to reset my pc and only keep personal files. Win 11 was on 23h2. Then I had 24h2 version of Windows 11 on a usb stick and used that inside windows to install the same way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yesterday I tried all day and retried and retried ad nauseum, none of the so-called things to do would help to install.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I had to be overly OK I DON’T CARE ANYMORE about it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It’s not like my pc was anything but normal stuff. I had reinstalled Windows in the refreshing way in August 2024 when I got a new NVMe stick (4TB)for Emby, and then had Windows alone on the original NVMe stick (1TB). I had to delete the recovery partition in order to get Windows using the entire 1 TB, so reinstall put everything A-OK, that time I kept Files and Settings since it was another issue I was installing win 11 for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For some reason I didn’t get 24h2 until very recently or wasn’t paying attention to Win Update for a long time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
So this time, something was keeping 24h2 from installing and I was at my whit’s end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
