Histamine Release<\/p>\n\n\n\n

|<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not enough DAO<\/p>\n\n\n\n

|<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Itchiness, nose stuffy, Inflammation, joints hurt, fluid retention<\/p>\n\n\n\n

|<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stress multiplies all of the above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

|<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Circling around with no clearing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So I started looking for DAO supplements and stumbled onto Ancestral Supplements on Amazon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I got Kidney and yesterday also bought Thymus. I have both in my house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I took 1 Kidney when it arrived last night (7:54pm, took it at 8pm). Already had dinner beforehand. Withing 30 mins much of my head to toe itchiness had calmed down tremendously, and I felt sort of Benadryl like without the bad side effect. Dryer and more comfortable. My nose wasn’t as stuffy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I slept better with less pain, and woke up with less pain to deal with as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thymus was delivered today at 6:21 am. I took 1 Thymus at 7:30am<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m wanting to get big things going, but will take it slow. 1 Kidney with evening meal and Thymus in the am for a week, then up the Kidney to 2 split each day<\/p>\n\n\n\n
