I woke up early, before 4:30am … so I got up, went to the bathroom, instant video memory working to remind myself that my sink’s hand soap needs refilled so needed to use my husbands (dual sinks.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So walk right past hubby’s sink and right over to my sink and thwop thowp … no soap. AUGHGHHGHGHHHHH<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I had the solution from the day before knowing my soap was running out and my hubby’s was fine to use and I did last night, putting those memories in my memory banks for future use (I knew I needed it and it would work.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sure, it worked, then distractable thoughts that I paid no mind to anything but getting to my sink to wash my hands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The routine I have of going to my sink and using my own soap dispenser … took over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It’s like making a cup of coffee with that mindless routine … then I remember I need to think and recall what I did, and I can’t because I was auto-ADHD-ing my coffee. (Did I get a new k-cup, take the old one out first, or what?)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I can slow down and force myself to make a memory while doing something, sometimes. That’s the problem with AuDHD, contradictions and unreliability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I knew immediately while berating myself that I had to put this in my blog. I got it, eventually baked bread, coffee, tea, and toast, then I finally ooohh, I have to write that out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
