I recently upgraded some things

I needed harddrive space. I hated my Pixel 7, I hated my S7 FE tablet.

I still love my old S3 tablet, but it’s not really usable, cat peed on it and it seeped into the speakers, it works, but smell impossible to irradicate.

That tablet is slow, even before that, but I loved it to watch SD 4:3 content. Sigh.

I got a phone case for an S24 Ultra. Spigen Liquid Air Designed for Galaxy S24 Ultra Case (2024) [Military-Grade Protection] – Deep Purple

My plan was to choose that phone, getting a case would cement that.

Then I upgraded my phone. I paid off the Pixel 7, and got a Samsung S24 Ultra 256gb. That’s double from Pixel memory. The phone is lovely. I have the Titanium Violet. (<– that color is practically nothing, mind you)

My harddrive choice was NAS 18tb drive but I got the 16 tb drive instead because of price per space.

Also an SSD NVMe 4tb to split my Emby install to it’s own new SSD, and let Windows have it’s 1tb stick to itself. That one TB stick is nearing 5 years in service, so Windows bye-bye is better than any other content bye-bye.

I have that sorted out. I had to delete the windows recover segment that resides behind windows, cmd diskpart override etc. to join the empty emby space to Windows. The goodness of Fix problems using Windows Update …. it re-installed windows and added Recovery back, without wiping anything but logins to apps and such.

I then got a new tablet, Samsung S9+ trading in the barely used S7 FE that I so despised.

Problem with Samsung is, they stopped making the Bookcover case that I liked.

I had a perfectly functional pink one for the same size tablet, but the camera’s on each tablet weren’t the same, barely wrong, I have started to trim around the area with my tiny craft scissors, and will finish it with a dremel job sooner than later.

It looks horrible in the pic, less horrific IRL and is sitting practically closed fully already. So cleaning it up, getting all that extra bevel out, it will work great to house my graphite S9+
