I made this bread a couple days ago. It turned out darker crust than I wanted, but it ended up fine. The middle 4 to 6 slices are are sooooo big. 🙂 Nice toast, or Egg in a Nest.
I gave the loaf a bunch of lame cuts, and it really presents wonderfully on slices.
