My children bought these for me, my birthday was on Thursday, they arrived today.
Wusthof Classic is the style of knife I find most compelling to use. I love the full tang plus the shape of the handles.
Knives degrade over time and use, so new ones are in order from blade problems or handle problems. There are other knives in our collection that were thrown out today, no more holding onto shoddy knives. Ugh.
