Migraine Switcher Misery

Post Published:

I woke up before 4am today. Didn’t feel like I could go back to sleep. So I was up, drank water, listened to music in my office, time went on, I was enragengly hungry suddenly. It became so insistent I had to go make bacon and and a fried egg.

Eating that at 5am was quite early, it was necessary. What followed was I felt good for eating, then I decided to make a hydrogen water and immediately realized I had what I call a Switcher migraine. I realized that but didn’t at the same time. Makes sense to me, don’t know if does to others.

Basically the stuff before becomes naturally part of what was the migraine, it is on ongoing affair, hours and days in the making.

My insane hunger was the start of the pain. I couldn’t see the pain until I had eaten. I barely got my water done and went down on the love seat in my office and crashed hard.

I took excedrin before that, I think, or later. Time is fluid and swishy so … who knows.

The pain is on both sides and inbetween, really bad in the forehead, pushing pounding grating pressure horrible, and eventually settles on the left or right.

In this case, it went to the LEFT and lifted partially, but now is really getting knotty and sickening feeling a few hours later.

Yesterday I was so tired, inflammation everywhere and only got rid of it later in the day enough to sleep, and I slept hard. <—– Migraine symptom

The night before that was this banging in my head <—– Migraine symptom

I really hate it. My guts had been very slow too. Inflammation some that day too, but royal installation after that bonk night.

Today my guts feel different …. I don’t know if I can ever get normal guts.

Migraines have been part of my life for many, many years. I know I had them as a teen but didn’t know they were migraines until I was in my early 20’s.

This one is the umptheenth one. Who’s counting? Not me. I don’t WANT to count them. I just want this one gone.
