February 27 Sourdough oblong

Really crazy cuts because I just did in case it wanted to blow out anywhere, which pretty much kept it in a check, and it cut into slices very nicely, just a few crust pieces falling off.

White Spelt Sourdough. This loaf didn’t over-bake.

Over head view, see some crust pieces missing, but fine slices anyway.
