Had to have a capacitor replaced, wires to heat strips replaced, outside thing had to be taken apart and cleaned (something from our autumn outside renovation caused a bunch of junk inside the filter stuff) and two pounds of freon had to be added.

As it goes the air still is horrible, too warm, actually still hot, and no good A/C feeling to anything.
Guy left over two hours ago. He was satisfied.
I am not, not yet. Don’t have a whole lot of hope.
The A/C has been horrible with all the summer heat we’ve gotten the last two weeks. We had a terrific Spring though, mild and easy temps.
Into the 90’s every day now, and bad humidity in the a.m. which turns to really dry heat by afternoon.
That leaves a house affected by A/C problems HOT and HUMID
This morning it was different, woke to a very warm and humid house, the day wore the house down, but night recovered it by 1am or so, until last night.
It wouldn’t cool a thing at all morning.
A/C guy called, and he was able to get here this early afternoon.
I just turned fan to ON with the downstairs thermostat. At least that make a tad of moving cooler air around my desk.
