Day after day no email from Microsoft

1/1/2023 I got a delay sort of message via email from Microsoft about my Duo 2 warranty service.

We continue to anticipate a longer than normal fulfilment time for your service order, as a result you may experience a delay. You will receive a notification to inform you of any updates.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience

Microsoft Email on Jan. 1, 2023

I sent the device on the 20th of Dec.

They got it on 28th.

What is the rest of this:

“Your device is on its way”

“Your device has been delivered”

“1/1/2023”

The below is what shows on the website for this service order:

  1. Order created12/20/2022
  2. Send us your package Print shipping label12/20/2022
  3. Your package is at the service center12/28/2022
  4. Your device is on its way
  5. Your device has been delivered
  6. 1/1/2023
  7. Order completed

I’m quite annoyed that this is dragging out for so long. 20th of Dec. to 5th of Jan.

That 1-1-2023 email arrived at 6:37am. So it’s now the 5th day since then. Sigh.

I want a Duo 2 again. I want one that works and keeps working.
