I’ve been doing Allegra 24hr. allergy med. I added in Flonase, that seems to help, not every day, like every other day, or half a day extra from every day, so off stepping every day by 12 hrs. might be best.
All in all it’s best to get my needed to take things into one time period.
I forget to take Flonase … don’t need it badly, but later I do, and I STILL forget.
I just know that I DO NOT want to get used to daily use of it. (information is take for 6 months then consult a Dr. about using it further. UGH.)\
Something is really affecting me, overly affected morning and then again in the evening most days. A flood of mucousy misery, dripping, sneezing, spitting, horrible. Off and On sneezing all day.
Others here are affected as well, and that is troubling. I have carpal right now and can’t vacuum, can’t strip the couch to wash and dry and put back together.
Sweeping is off limits as well.
Nobody else that lives with me will do these things.
So dirt, dust, pollen, is all over the place and never sucked into the vacuum, or swept into the garbage, or washed away in the Washer.
It’s cloggy, drippy and itchy all the time with worse now for awhile since Spring ramped up.
Lots of rain too. Makes for mold spores to release. A nightmare.
Allegra sort of helps, but not my cloggy issue. So Flonase is my stop-gap now, instead of Sudafed.
Amen.
