I just had a dumb exterminate mission, relic. I picked one with a Grendel item on the bottom.
Go through the mission I got 10 traces to unlock my relic, yeah but aaah … nope. Get to extraction only two things to pick from and I wasn’t one of them, said “No relic equipped” which wasn’t true but I flipped a lid and hit close on the game instead of just recording the last few minutes.
So nothing I can prove.
Earlier today I had a Coda lich spawn on me. I already knew the right antivirus and I only needed that mission to put me to 100% but… they would go down, but no button prompts and there health stayed nearly full the whole time. Three time I went through them and couldn’t interact, and they left as if I had not tried or gotten it wrong or something.
It took another two missions before they spawned again and it worked but … I had to play extra missions because of that weird glitch. I do have video of it, btw.
