They canceled my replacement order, which was going from Dec 20, 2022 to when they canceled it with no fanfare, no reason on Feb 5th of 2023.

In the very beginning of January 2023 I emailed support and a guy there back and forthed with me through to Jan 24th on a new Case # submitting all the documents & exchange or refund were my two options, both green lit, then total silence and no responses to my asking updates, and then on Feb. 5th I ask them to confirm I still have a process running for warranty exchange/refund and finally late on the Feb. 8th I got a NEW service person emailing me with a NEW case # and had to start all over again but now they only give me info about a REFUND that there are no devices for exchange.

The first guy was sympathetic, empathetic, giving hope right and left.

The second guy absolute, and depressing.

The point is the first guy preyed on me, shining me on.

Damn guy tweaked my Fi (hidden agenda), then slammed my PoLR – FFFFFFFFFFFFFF WHY YOU PIECE OF #$&*
