March is ending Garden needs Tending

Post Published:

Still affected by allergies, so I really don’t like having to pull weeds and stuff still. I’m not sure what I’ll be planting either.

Basic garden overview

I want a lot of Dill growing to harvest, last year I didn’t have much success from seed, I need a very sunny plot, it was too shaded last year probably.

I want Basil, from seed nothing but one tiny plant grew last year, I don’t that to happen again. What to do.

I have a perennial Rosemary going gangbusters. No need to plant that. 🙂

Cucumbers, maybe, maybe not. Not sure.

Roma tomato I would like to do. Plants in pots for that.

I’d like to get more perennials going in the herb department. I have a little thyme, my great wonderful old thyme died on me the last year or so. Painful.

I need to divide my chives. I have two varieties and both are too big.

I have mint everywhere just because if it’s horriblly too much OK, it’s better than none, which is what it was like for years on end, I could get any growing so now that I do, and it’s in every box, I just need to keep it at bay.

I haven’t liked any sweet potatoes or carrots I’ve ever planted so it’ll be tomatoes and herbs for the most part.

Crazily growing perennial Rosemary and mint all over too.
