Ajazz 510 Keyboard Trouble

Aajazz 510 RGB Retro Mechanical Keyboard

I am very annoyed with my Ajazz 510 keyboard. I love how it types and looks in general. Love it!

But, I recently discovered that I couldn’t use the Function key to reset it, change side color, or change light colors and patterns.

I also have for a long while run it as pure RED since ?/ button was redder on any color set, and Q was more purple, and @2 button was redder on any color but not s bad as ?/ …

I was changing the RGB in my PC innards so decided to see what else I could do with my keyboard colors that’d be acceptable, matchy-ish. Couldn’t get side color to change. Function button useless.

So using the Ajazz software I can change keyboard colors, but not the sidelights.

I did some testing and found:

Q has no green

@2 has no blue

?/ has no blue

Of all of those, color choices where one is OK and the other 2 don’t light at all, few and far between, nothing I want to do.

184 107 119 (#B86B77) is what I want for the keyboard rbg

Ajazz 510 RGB 184 107 119 Looks paler pink IRL, camera can’t do the nice color justice, though neither can /? or 2@ or Q
Ajazz 510 sidelight bleeding red that I can’t change.

Basically fine if I want bleeding red sides and ?/ looking darker red @2 looking redder and oranger by far, and Q looking more purple

Pure blue is OK but I don’t want it, pure green is OK but I don’t want it. I don’t want Red either anymore.

I want a rose gold glow. Not in the cards with bleeding red sides and three keys that don’t play nice.

Plus I can’t turn the keyboard light off without the function key functioning.

Ugh.

So yeah, I bought a new keyboard which will be delivered in a week tomorrow now. Not my great retro desire, but it ticks something with me.

I tried few things, like hold FN and CapLK down at the same time will make it work out. Hey, it did for a few seconds, I got to cycle through a few colors and then it stopped on me. Now my side colors are a too bright pink. Blah.
