   So what is all of this …. Inflammation, because of chronic stress, Histamine not easy to get out of me, Aleve made everything harder, that was a year ago now, but I’m going nuts and all this inflammation is from HISTAMINE and NSDAID that make me want them when all my body hurts like omg. OMG I’m killing myself with taking them, or not taking them. Nothing works too well, nothing works at all.

   Getting a DAO supplement sometime today. FINALLY. I should have just dived for that a few years ago when I was surely having horrible Histamine and allergies getting near death. Thing is, HISTAMINE overkills all the time for me. One can’t eat on a low histamine diet forever. I mean it’s the pits. So all along I eat what I want since my last diet shite and it’s not been a BIG problem but it certainly builds up like now and eventually might go down by itself, but it’s a life of M-I-S-E-R-Y.

   I am Autistic and know I must have all the weird genes mutations so that DOA is lesser and gut issues and allergies, and had this most all my knowing life. By the time we were in Florida in 1979 I was getting bad allergy reactions, but a stuffy nose, always had that. I started getting massive migraine a couple of years later. So now all these years later, still migraines still allergies, still worse allergies building again, I feel itchy head to foot. Mosquitoes bites are not going away and have giant red swelling around them.

   Two of my boys have stuffy noses, nothing else, but one may seem more allergic sometimes, so that’s really bad. My daughter has a terrible reaction to Mosquito bites. But that is all. All in all though 3 out of 4 of my kids probably have the same crap. Oh, daughter gets migraines too. My one free of it kid, does sometimes have a migraine or a headache of some sort. Oh the stuff nose boy without allergy symptoms gets headaches too.

   DAO is expensive. For me, I know I probably need it. Gonna start with 1 a day for a bit and work up slowly. My kids are all nearly adult, but none are working right now. One got fired, had another job for a tiny and was laid off pretty soon. So he’s here. Other one quit and then came home for holidays in November and hasn’t left. No one is earning any money except the first one who streams games and gets money some money from that. So none will be buying any DAO.
