• Google Music Beta User Waiting Invitation

Google Music Beta User Waiting Invitation Originally uploaded by CrazyMaisy. Via Flickr: Frustrated Google Android User awaiting being dubbed valid user for Music Beta. This wait feels as long as the "Palm Pre will get Audible.com app soon … " thing (which it never did the 16+months I had one.) Google Music teased for a…

  • Waiting for Google Music Beta Invitation

I’m getting impatient. Actually wishing for this as soon as Voice Actions for Android came out with “Listen To” but only worked with cloud music services that implemented the functions in their apps. It didn’t work with the stock music player on my HTC Evo. That got me looking for other things, and I tried…

Maisy, you just have to wait for Google to send you the invitation you requested. I’m waiting also, and from what I can tell a lot of others are also. Good Luck!

Hey Bob! I know I just have to wait, it’s just * a little difficult * since it was unveiled and I’ve wanted it since way before that, and I search for info online and find non-Xoom people saying they have an invite, also those that don’t. Xoom people that don’t have an invite as well … so it’s hard to wait, to keep checking, hoping, and nothing happens at all for you.

Since this post & the picture/post above this one, I’ve seen more info online this week about “the flood gates have opened to everyone (in the U.S.)” regarding Music Beta, but still my email is vacant of invitation(s) and time ticks on. Some day this will seem trivial, but right now, nah. 🙂

  • HTC Evo: Weird Camera Posterize-like stuckness

I just went and got my HTC Evo (phone) and turned on the Camera app, and something was really messed up, like “posterize” was chosen, in PINK but all the settings were normal in reality (I have used different settings before, but not with my most recent use of the phone camera.) Choosing any other…

I found other people online speaking of this. It’s something loose inside, just “pressing” on the lense of the camera resolves it indefinitely. In other words, a quick fix that won’t hold forever, but will for awhile with no definite pattern of how long that will be.

You could always return the phone if it’s still under warranty. For me, I’ll live with it until …

  • Paperclipping Round Table

Every once in awhile I start listening to my podcasts I subscribe to. Actually just one program … Paperclipping Round Table, from www.paperclipping.com/roundtable/ I use Juice to keep them updated, but have actually been using Windows Media Player to play them, and in order for them to show up looking good I have to change…

  • My Indoor Spring Blooms w/Rooster

I like how this photo looks. The branches from Pussy Willow, Yoshino Cherry, and Redbud in a vase, in full bloom indoors, with my cast iron Rooster papertowel holder in front. I love the look of this, I love chickens and cast iron and spring blooms, so what’s better than this?!!!!

  • Cropchocolate.com

I have an account with cropchocolate.com … have since September 2010. I just placed my 5th order with them today. It’s a neat site. One deal at a time, when you are logged in, you can buy the thing or put it in your “la carte” for the future. Most items have a 45 day…

  • Spring in the South

It’s springtime here in full force. It’s over 74 degrees F. today. Ugh. The A/C isn’t working. Par for the course. (It hardly ever works the last 7 years, sometimes it does, but after sitting for the winter & being used as a heat pump, it just doesn’t start the real A/C thing until it…
